Truganina combines planned residential neighbourhoods with a separate employment precinct, and Route 154 links parts of the suburb with Tarneit and Laverton stations.

Wyndham's growth-area planning page distinguishes the Truganina residential precinct, Truganina South and the Truganina Employment Precinct. That matters: a statement about one plan cannot automatically describe a lot in another. The approved plans set out different mixes of housing, employment, roads and open space.
The employment precinct is planned as an industrial and commercial area. Its presence is a geographic fact, not evidence that any particular rental home has a tenant or that nearby jobs will raise its value. Check the exact site and its immediate surroundings, including transport access and any interface with employment or industrial land.
